OLASOJU RENEWS CALL FOR PVC REGISTRATION AS INEC DEVOLVES EXERCISE TO COMMUNITIES

The Mayor of Isolo LCDA, Olasoju Adebayo, on Monday renewed his call to eligible voters in the council area who are yet to register with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to make the most of the ongoing voters’ registration.
Olasoju’s charge is coming on the heels of the devolution of the exercise to various communities by the commission.
As announced by the commission, the exercise will be rotated across its various Registration Areas in the state beginning from today, 2nd February to 10th April 2026 as the second phase of the registration continues.
“PVC registration has got more easier and convenient with the commission bringing it to our various doorsteps. Here’s my humble charge, once again, to eligible voters who are yet to get registered to take note of the dates when the exercise will be held at the closest location to them,” the council boss tersely said.
In a Rotation Schedule released by the Electoral Officer for Oshodi-Isolo LGA, Mr. Oluwanifemi Gbadebo, it was shown that the exercise will be held across various registration areas in Oshodi-Isolo LGA between today and Friday 13th February 2026.
The Rotation Schedule for Isolo LCDA is:
Ajao Estate; 4, Nosiru Afariogun Street - from Monday 2nd and Tuesday, 3rd February 2026.
Isolo: 22, Asiriabo Street, Isolo - Wednesday 4th February 2026.
Okota: 50, Dele Orisabiyi Street of Ago Palace Way, Ago - Thursday, 5th February 2026
Ishagatedo: Junction of Godwin Omonua/Daddy Adediran Street, Ire-Akari - Friday, 6th February 2026.
Isolo: AUD Primary School, Akinbaiye - Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th of February 2026.
Okota: Alh. Mujidatu Alatishe Street/Ayodele Akinyemi Street - Wednesday 11th February 2026.
Dele Kolajolu Street by Ago Palace Way - Thursday 12th February 2026
